His Excellency Ghassan Al-Sulaiman: I founded my first private enterprise while studying for a masters degree

His Excellency Dr. Ghassan Al-Suleiman - Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ghassan Ahmed Al-Sulaiman and Partners Group - will present his scientific and practical experience within the "My Experience" program, which was organized remotely by the Asharqia Chamber, represented by the Young Businessmen Council on Sunday evening February 21, 2021.

During the meeting moderated by Councilmember Ibrahim bin Saleh Al-Suhaibani, His Excellency Al-Suleiman explained that training and education is one of his first concerns that he was keen to continue, indicating that acquiring knowledge is not linked to a specific age and that a person must educate himself and know what is going on around him so that he is familiar with a great deal of knowledge that can help him at the start of any personal project, whether commercial or scientific.​

Al-Sulaiman said that a person should always focus on what is important, pointing out that reading and personal culture is necessary, but taking care not to take more time to read than necessary so that the reader must focus on certain things from which he achieves the desired benefit, and can acquire the information that belongs to him Especially beneficial in the world of finance and business if it is a pioneer and entrepreneur. 

His Excellency Al-Sulaiman stated that perseverance is one of the most important qualities of an entrepreneur, so I could not stand at this point for long, so I decided to start a new project and actually met investors in a specialized furniture company, and they talked to me about the possibility of introducing a new idea to the Saudi society represented in selling modern furniture. At a time when the Saudi society was dominated by the idea of ​​traditional furniture, and it did not accept to change it, except in a few cities that were interested in integrating their home furniture with some modern pieces, and this was a great challenge for us, and indeed I was convinced of the idea, especially after I learned that the owners of the company mortgaged their homes when it was established, and this is what He convinced me to be a part of this project. 

And Al-Sulaiman went on to say: I actually approached the company wanting to communicate with them, but they told me that I was very late and that a delegation from the company is already in Riyadh, where they are finishing the last stage of negotiations with the largest Saudi companies. A young person can work with them for a long time with great enthusiasm and passion.
